Welcome to the new AlSHP website!

First of all, thank you for visiting our new and improved website. I am excited about the potential of this updated tool to help us stay in touch and to share information with the AlSHP membership and pharmacist around the state. We will continue to expand our use of the updated website. I encourage you to visit often to get the latest information regarding AlSHP.

We have a great board to lead the society's efforts in 2010. Our board is diverse and consists of representatives from clinical, academic, industrial and administrative settings. Together, with the experience we have, we can accomplish a lot to advance our profession. This year the board will develop our goals based around the framework of the ASHP 2015 Initiatives. Our board voted last year to be a champion for this initiative. To date, there are only 12 state organizations that have done so. You will be hearing more about this initiative throughout the year.
